We publish clear, fixed package fees so you always know what to expect. Bespoke programmes are quoted transparently after scoping, with deliverables and milestones agreed in writing before any work begins. All fees exclude VAT.

Absolutely. Unlike firms that hand over a report and leave, we remain through the Deliver phase — tracking outcomes, supporting your team and adjusting course so the value is genuinely realised.

Confidentiality is fundamental to our practice. Every engagement is governed by a mutual non-disclosure agreement, and we handle your data in line with UK data-protection law and our published Privacy Policy.

We'd rather decline work that won't add value. If after our scoping conversation we aren't the right partner, we'll say so candidly. Our Refund Policy also sets out the protections in place once an engagement is underway.
