Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for consulting engagements with Norevia Advisory Ltd ("Norevia", "we", "us"). It applies alongside the terms of your individual engagement agreement.

1. Scoping conversations

Our initial scoping conversation is complimentary and carries no charge or obligation.

2. Strategy Sprint engagements

For fixed-fee Strategy Sprint engagements, you may cancel and receive a full refund of any prepaid fee if you notify us in writing before work has commenced. Once work has begun, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for any deliverables not yet started.

3. Retained and monthly programmes

For Growth Partner and other ongoing programmes, either party may terminate with the notice period stated in the engagement agreement. Fees for work already performed up to the termination date remain payable, and any prepaid fees for services not yet delivered will be refunded.

4. Bespoke and enterprise engagements

Refund and cancellation arrangements for Executive Counsel and other bespoke programmes are set out individually in the relevant engagement agreement, agreed before work begins.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, email [email protected] with your engagement details. We aim to acknowledge all requests within two business days and to process approved refunds within fourteen days, using the original payment method.

6. Our commitment

If at any point you feel an engagement is not delivering the value agreed, we encourage you to raise it with your lead consultant immediately so we can put it right.
