4. Fees and payment
Fees for our packages are published transparently on our website and are exclusive of VAT. Bespoke programmes are quoted in advance. Payment terms are set out in your engagement agreement and invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Norevia and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Deliverables created during an engagement are licensed to you as set out in the relevant agreement.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and handle it in accordance with our engagement agreements and our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norevia is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Liability in respect of consulting engagements is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
